Susan B. Van Vleet
For the past 30+ years, Susan Van Vleet as been the president of the
companies she founded, Susan Van Vleet Consultants, Inc.® and

Consulting Inc. She is also a pioneer as an "agent of change,"
facilitating companies going through difficult transitions such as
downsizing, restructuring, mergers and diversification of personnel.
Her workshop, "Women Moving Forward®," first presented in June 1979,
has placed her at the forefront of those helping women break through
the "glass ceiling" of corporate America.
Based in Castle Rock, Colorado, her company provides training and
management programs to Fortune 500 companies throughout the U.S., as
well as corporations in Canada, Chile, Venezuela, Brazil, Costa
Rica, Japan, China, Korea, Germany, England, Belgium, Switzerland,
The Netherlands, Mexico, India, Turkey and Australia.
Ms. Van Vleet has been nationally recognized by Who's Who in the
West, Who's Who of American Women, The International Who's Who of
Women, Personalities of the West and Midwest, and Outstanding Young
Women of America for 1980.
She holds a Master's Degree in Social Work Administration from
Rutgers University and a B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Prior to founding her own corporation, Ms. Van Vleet served as
Director of Government Relations for Effectiveness Training, Inc.,
an international educational corporation.
